TERMS OF ENTRY

By entering our premises you agree to the following terms of entry:

• Children under 14 will not be admitted without an adult.

• We do not allow re-entry to the centre unless you have agreed and have been provided an ‘exit and re-entry pass’ by staff in our tea shop.

• Dogs are not permitted in the wildlife centre, except for guide or assistance dogs.

• Well behaved dogs are permitted in the tea shop, providing they are always on a leash and under strict supervision.

• Bicycles are not allowed on the premises.

• Roller-skates, roller blades, skateboards, wheeled toys, or shoes are not allowed on the premises.

• Children's scooters are permitted but cannot be used. They must be held or pushed by an accompanying adult.

• Pushchairs are permitted.

• Permission must be obtained for all filming and photography for commercial purposes.

• Verbal or physical abuse towards any of our staff or volunteers will not be tolerated. You will be refused entry to the wildlife centre and/or service in our tea shop and asked to leave the premises immediately.

COVID-19 Terms of Entry

• Visitors must wear a mask unless exempt or under 11 years of age.

• A social distance of no less that 2 meters must be maintained.
